Every day, CareOregon helps more than 500,000 Oregonians access free physical, dental and behavioral health care through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Whether you need counseling, substance use treatment or help with addiction recovery, you’re never alone. CareOregon’s mental health providers are available for both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Columbia Pacific CCO values whole health. This includes access to quality mental health and substance use treatment. Every day, we help more than 33,000 residents of Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties access health coverage through OHP.

If you’re enrolled in OHP, your behavioral health benefits include:

Youth Era brings young people from different backgrounds together and empowers them to create personal, community and national change. Five drop-in centers around Oregon offer safe spaces where youth can find peer support, leadership skills, help with their grades, new friends and much more.

Mind Solutions provides diverse patient-centered care and wraparound services to help patients reach long-term recovery. Their goal is to transform lives that have been impacted by addiction and/or mental illness through evidence-based practices and personalized behavioral healthcare services.

Iron Tribe Network is a community of belonging that assists people in recovery or who have justice involvement as they work to build a better life. They do this by focusing on three key areas: peer support, family reunification, clean and sober, stable housing.

When the Asian Health & Service Center was founded in 1983, it was the only culturally sensitive mental and physical health program for Asians in the Portland area. Forty years later, their steadfast vision remains: to improve healthcare quality for all Asians and reduce health inequity.
